About Marlin Services LLC
A Memphis fence company that also handles your roof and your remodel.
Our Story
Marlin Services LLC was founded by Marlin Aroldo Lopez Roldan on a simple promise: show up when you say you will, build it right the first time, and treat every property like it's your own. We started with fencing, and that's still what we're known for across Memphis and the surrounding suburbs.
Fencing is our specialty — cedar and treated-pine privacy fences, custom gates, and repairs built to survive Memphis heat, humidity, and summer storms. Over time our customers started asking us to handle their roofs and their renovations too, so we brought roofing and remodeling in-house. Today that means one local contractor you can call for the whole property instead of chasing three different crews.
We're a registered Tennessee LLC, fully insured, and we serve roughly a 40-mile radius from Memphis — Collierville, Germantown, Bartlett, Arlington, Lakeland, Cordova, and East Memphis, plus Southaven and Olive Branch, MS and West Memphis, AR. We're available Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and we speak both English and Spanish.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up on the day we promised, start when we said we would, and finish what we started.
Respect
We protect your landscaping, clean up every scrap, and leave your property better than we found it.
Craftsmanship
Posts set in concrete, frames built square, gates that don't sag. The details are the whole job.
Community
We're a Memphis business. We hire local, we serve local, and our reputation lives on these streets.
Our Mission
Build fences, roofs, and renovations that hold up for years — not seasons. Quote honestly, work clean, and give Memphis homeowners a contractor they can call again without thinking twice.
Our Promise
If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right. No questions, no excuses. That's how we've earned repeat customers and referrals all over the Memphis area — and why returning customers get 10% off their next project.
